Micro Fiction & Flash Fiction

Micro and Flash Fiction involves plot, character, scene and description contained within a short number of words. There are some standard types of micro fiction. The more common is the 55er, a story that contains all of these elements within 55 words (including the title). The piece should allow the reader to get a complete snapshot of the lives of the characters.

It is quite difficult, but a good way to practice brevity. All of the micros below are original and were written over the past couple of years. I hope you enjoy them.
